This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed as the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each instead of the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties each in Crl.O.P.No.16271 of 2023, dated 25.07.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is not able to find sureties who can offer bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- and thus, he requests reduction of bond amount.

3.In the said circumstances, the condition is modified to the effect that instead of Rs.25,000/-, petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for the like sum. To execute the same, time is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
