ORDER

This Criminal appeal has been filed by the appellant seeking quashment of the order dated 08.09.2021 made in CMP.No.3131 of 2021 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Salem and to consequently enlarge the appellant on bail in connection with the trial in SC.No.210 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem in Cr.No.117 of 2017 on the file of the respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the prayer sought for in this Criminal Appeal has become infructuous. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the appellant in the petition today.
