Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2019 and to direct the 1st respondent police not to permit the 2nd respondent in fixing Temporary Vinayagar Temple stage in front of the petitioner's house at No.7/3, Thiyagaraya Street, Seven Wells (Yezhu Kinaru), Chennai 600 001, by following the guidelines and conditions of this Court, Chennai.

ORDER

The petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2019 and not to permit the 2nd respondent in fixing temporary vinayagar Temple stage in front of the petitioner's house at No.7/3, Thiyagaraya Street, Seven Wells (Yezhu Kinaru), Chennai 600 001.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the permission has already been granted to the 2nd respondent to erect temporary Vinayagar idol. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned counsel further submitted that all necessary conditions have already been imposed in the permission granted to the 2nd respondent and if there is any violation of the condition, the respondent police will take action against the 2nd respondent, in accordance with law.
