The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police, was granted anticipatory bail vide order of this Court dated 27.09.2021, based on the undertaking that they will return the original documents to the defacto complainant.

2. Now the defacto complainant has filed the present petition for cancellation of bail, alleging that the said undertaking has not been complied with. When the matter was listed for hearing on 25.02.2022, since the order had not been complied, this Court directed the 4th respondent Police to secure the accused / respondents 1 to 3.

3. In compliance of the said order, the 4th respondent Police secured the accused / respondents 1 to 3 and the said accused persons appeared before this Court and have produced the files / papers, which was alleged to have been handed over by the defacto complainant to the respondents/ accused and the said files have been handed over to the learned Government Advocate, who inturn handed over the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, since the files have been returned, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
