ORDER
The petitioners have come up with the present petition to call for the records and the summons issued by the respondent under Section
160(1) and Section 91 Cr.P.C in Na.Ka.No.J3/66/6974/2016 dated 16.11.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. A perusal of the records would reveal that based on the complaint given by one R.Monisha and pursuant to the order dated 07.01.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.316 of 2016, the third respondent issued a summons under section 160(i) and 91 Cr.P.C calling upon the petitioners to appear before him along with the connected documents. As against the said summons, the petitioners are before this Court. This Court is of the view that the summons so issued to the petitioners is as per law and the same does not call for any interference by this Court.
4. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed. Index : Yes/No 09.12.2016 rk
