ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime No.56 of 2021 for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506 (1) of IPC, pending on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the case is registered in Cr.No.56 of 2021 by the respondent police against these petitioners, in which, investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur and the same is yet to be taken on file.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur, to take up the case on file, if it is otherwise in order and liberty is given to the petitioners to

challenge the final report. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
