This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5016 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.837 of 2020 dated 09.09.2020, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5016 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.837 of 2020 dated 09.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court I, Namakkal, on first working day of every month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
