ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 294(b), 384, 297, 506(ii) IPC read with Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.3130 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 26.10.2021 at about 7.30 p.m., the petitioner along with 3 others entered into the Thiruvotriyur Grave Yard and at knife point snatched Rs.350/- from the defacto complainant and also damaged the window glass in the Cremation Hall. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he would pray for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would raise strong objection stating that there are three previous cases against the petitioner.

5.On seeing the nature of offence and the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
