This petition has been filed to clarify the order dated 21.02.2019 in Crl.R.C.No.1432 of 2019 in so far as it relates to the time limit for the respondent to pay the compensation amount and the punishment if the respondent herein commits default in paying the compensation amount to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The operative portion of the order in Crl.R.C.No.1432 of 2018, dated 21.02.2019 is clarified as follows:

''The petitioner is directed to pay the compensation amount alone as directed by the trial Court by judgment dated 20.01.2017 within a period of one month from today, failing which he shall undergo simple imprisonment for the period of one year. Further the petitioner need not pay any interest @ 6% as directed by the trial Court."
