ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction to respondents 4 to 6 to allow the petitioner to use existing cart track running from East to South in Survey no.413/5 of Jagadeep Village, Krishnagiri District for carrying agricultural activities in land comprised in survey Nos.413/1, 413/2, 413/3 and 413/4 of Jagadap Village, Krishnagiri District by placing grill gate after petitioner's agricultural land based on petitioner's 2/4
representation dated 26.07.2022.

It is seen that the subject land was already acquired by respondents 4 to 6 to erect sub station. After acquisition, a sub station was also erected and there is no place to use the same as cart track. As such, the request made by the petitioner cannot be considered and this writ petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed. 3.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
