O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to provide a police protection to the petitioner's life and property and further to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to initiate an appropriate criminal and disciplinary action against the respondents 5 to 7 by considering the petitioner's representations dated 26.06.2025 and 30.06.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents are interfering the petitioner under the guise of the order of this Court wherein this Court had granted permission for survey of the subject property. He further submitted that after survey, the respondents are interfering and trying to dispossess him from the subject property. Hence, 2/5

the petition has been filed by the petitioner for the aforesaid relief.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that only as per the direction of this Court, the survey has been conducted by the respondents. He also submitted that the respondents will proceed the matter as per law and will not interfere the petitioner unnecessarily.

5. On a perusal of the case, it reveals that a suit is pending in A.S.No.140 of 2025 between the parties. This Court is of the view that the parties shall agitate their rights before the appropriate Court for their entitlement of the subject property.

6. With the above observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed, if any. there shall be no orders as to costs. 03.09.2025 DP Index:Yes/No NCC :Yes/No Order :Speaking/Non Speaking 3/5
