CRL. O.P. No.2642 of 2016 K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.

The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 & A2, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294 (b) and 324 IPC, in Crime No. 136 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the offences levelled against the petitioners in this case is bailable in nature.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
