This revision petition has been filed as against the fair and decreetal order dated 08.04.2019 passed in I.A.No.496 of 2018 in O.S.No.53 of 2016 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruvallur.
2. The Interlocutory Application was filed under Order 1 Rule 10(2) of C.P.C., seeking to implead the Sub Registrar, Uthukkottai as second defendant. Since the issue is between the petitioner/plaintiff and the respondent/first defendant ie., a Charitable Trust who is running a school, with regard to the leasehold land, and that the Registrar/Sub Registrar, Uthukkottai is no way connected with the issue in the suit the trial Court, has rightly rejected the said petition in I.A.No.496 of 2018 filed to implead the Sub Registrar, Uthukkottai.

3. This Court finds no infirmity in the order dated 08.04.2019 passed in I.A.No.496 of 2018 in O.S.No.53 of 2016 and it cannot be assailed for any good or plausible reason. In that view of the matter, this Civil Revision Petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
