ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to resurvey the petitioner's land of an extent of 79.07 cents comprised in

Survey No. 106/3, 106/4 in Patta No. 458 situated at Samuthiram Village, Nallavanpalayam Post, Thiruvannamalai District - 606 603 and further direct the respondents herein to rectify the error committed by the small Taluk Survey Officer (FW tl;l msitah; ) in the petitioner's land based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2021.

Heard Mr.P.Britto, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner had sent a representation to the respondents on 11.11.2021 to resurvey the petitioner's land to an extent of 79.07 cents comprised in Survey No. 106/3, 106/4 in Patta No. 458 situated at Samuthiram Village, Nallavanpalayam Post, Thiruvannamalai District - 606 603 and it is pending. 4.

Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and adjacent owners if any and on payment of requisite fees by the petitioner, pass order to survey the land to an extent of 79.07 cents comprised in Survey No. 106/3, 106/4 in Patta No. 458 situated at Samuthiram Village, Nallavanpalayam Post, Thiruvannamalai District - 606 603, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
