O R D E R

[Order of the court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The Petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue, viz. Kamaladevi, has come up with this Petition, seeking production of the detenue.

The detenue viz. Kamaladevi is present before this Court and she informed that she is not in the illegal custody of anybody.

3.

Admittedly, the detenue is a major and her husband is no more. Hence, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
