Today, this matter is taken up for hearing under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of learned counsel for petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for petitioner would submit that this court by an order dated 10.12.2024 granted bail to the petitioner on condition to execute two sureties, in which one surety must be a blood surety. However, he would submit that the petitioner's father and brother are no more and mother also unwell. Hence, she is unable to furnish blood surety, however, her husband is inclined to furnish surety for the petitioner. Furthermore, as her native place is at Kanyakumari District, he prayed to modify the appearance of the petitioner. Accordingly, this matter is listed today.

2. Heard and considered submissions of learned counsel for petitioner and perused the materials.

3. Considering his submissions, para 7 and para 7(b) of the order shall be substituted as follows :- Para 7 Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousant

only) with two sureties, in which, the petitioner's husband is permitted to furnish surety for her, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of Principal Sessions Judge, NDPS Court, Chennai, and on further conditions that"

Para 7 (b) (b) the petitioner shall report before the Marthandam Town Police Station, Kanniyakumari District on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m. for the period of three months and shall appear before court hearings without fail.

4. Registry is directed to incorporate the above correction in the order passed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.20694 of 2024, dated 10.12.2024 and issue fresh copy of order to the petitioner.

5. Time is extended for the period of two weeks for executing sureties from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 18.12.2024 rpp N.B. : Issue order copy on 18.12.2024.
