ORDER
The wife seeks transfer of proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.4063 of 2021 on the file of the VI Additional Family Court, Chennai to the Sub Court, Cheyyar, Thiruvannamali.
2. HMOP No. 4063 of 2021 has been filed by the husband seeking divorce on the ground of cruelty and desertion before the VI Additional Family Court, Chennai. The wife is a resident of Cheyyar, Thiruvannamalai District. The transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience of the wife who is having a minor child aged about 3 years.
3. Mr.A.Saranraj, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband would submit that he has no objection for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
transfer of proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.4063 of 2021 on the file of the VI Additional Family Court, Chennai to the Sub Court, Cheyyar, Thiruvannamali.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the statement of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. H.M.O.P.No.4063 of 2021 is withdrawn from the file of the VI Additional Family Court, Chennai and transferred to the Sub Court, Cheyyar, Thiruvannamalai District to be tried and disposed of in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
