JUDGMENT

On 22.08.2025, recording the Joint Memo of Compromise filed by the parties reporting settlement, this Court disposed of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in terms of the compromise memo and posted the matter today (19.09.2025) for reporting compliance.

2. Today, the learned counsel for the appellant produced proof of transfer for a sum of Rs.28,25,000/- to the account of the respondents through NEFT, in accordance with the terms of the compromise. Accordingly, the compliance is recorded.
