Respondents PRAYER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 03.06.2023 in Ka.No.U.Mi.Po./E & Pe/ Gandhima Nagar/Va.Aa/Ko.TFC/A.No.028/2023, quash the same and for a direction, directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to give electricity, water and
sewerage connection respectively to the 5 residential units constructed at Plot No.9 measuring 2560 square feet in the Layout known "MUTHU GARDEN" under the Coimbatore Local Scheme vide No.144/2011, bearing Scheme No.177/2011, vide Approval No.04/2012/MH3/N situated at Ganapathy Village, Coimbatore.
