This Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking permission to implead S.Sekar (1st petitioner herein) as the second respondent, V.Kuppusamy (2nd petitioner herein) as the third respondent in the above writ petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. It is made clear that the respondents must ensure only to restore the damage water pipeline connection and not new water connection to the petitioners, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this impleading petition is allowed and order dated 19.08.2024 is clarified.
