Crl.M.P.No.11457 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.16281 of 2024 P.DHANABAL,J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months" imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16281 of 2024 dated 11.07.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions for one month.

3. Considering the said submission, the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday for a period of eight (8) weeks."
