This petition has been filed to withdraw the LAOP No. 145 of 2007 pending on the file of Sub Court, Ponneri and transfer the same to VI th Assistanct City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aged person and also residing at Chennai and it is difficult to attend the Court at Ponneri without any help of male persons. Hence, prays to allow this petition.

3. On seeing the facts of the case, this Court is not inclined to transfer the LAOP No. 145 of 2007 pending on the file of Sub Court, Ponneri. However, considering the age of the petitioner the Trial court is directed to dispose of the LAOP No. 145 of 2007 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In the result, this Petition is disposed of. No Cost. Consequentially, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 13.12.2023 pbl To
