O R D E R

This Revision is at the instance of the first defendant in O.S.No.9541 of 2009 challenging the order allowing an application to bring on record, the Legal Representatives of the deceased/third plaintiff as plaintiffs 5 and 6.

2. The main objection seems to be the pendency of the other Revision in CRP(PD).No.555 of 2018 which has been dismissed today. The petitioner is not disputing the status of the proposed parties as Legal Representatives of the deceased /third plaintiff.

3. The said application has been filed within the time allowed under law. Hence, I do not see any error or material irregularity in the order 2/4

of the trial Court allowing the application.

4. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition fails, and it is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
