ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 354,354 (A), 509, 506(i) of IPC in Cr.No.08 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant, was working in the petitioner parlour in the name and fame of Naturals at Valasarawalkkam branch as Sivam Enterprises in the may 2019 the original partner owner Mr.Yuvaraj had some issues and due to the same the store was added with new partner oner Mr. Anandraj/first petitioner. Further on that period the defacto complainant have been working as Store manager and get a salary a sum of Rs.17,000/- per month, whereas the defacto complainant have left the job on June due
to non payment of salary for three months. On July 1 2019 the defacto complainant went to Anandaraj/first petitioner office for asking the pending salary at that time, he misbehaved with her and later petitioners threatened her with dire consequences . Hence, the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioners. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case and He further submits that there was salary dispute between the them, thereby she left the job and filed case before the labour Court, then, she created a fake allegation against the petitioners . Hence he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The learned counsel for the intervener raised objection stating that there was a salary dispute between the first petitioner and defacto complainant, one day, she went to the first petitioner house for asking the remaining salary, at that time he misbehaved and molested her and she further submits that petitioner not only spoil the life of the defacto complainant but also spoiled the life of the many girls.
5.At the time of the arguments, one Backialakshmi/first wife of the first petitioner, Kanchana and Anandhi are present before this Court stated that the first petitioner gave a false promise and cheated them and they said that the petitioner grab the property of the above womens.
6.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) raising objection stated that investigation is at initial stage. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the conduct of the petitioners reveal that the first petitioner had misbehaved and spoiled the life of lot of girls which requires detailed investigation, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
