M/S.Saieswari Kalidas Vedula v. The Official Liquidator

Comp.A.Nos.470 to 473 of 2023 Comp.A.Nos.470 to 473 of 2023 in C.P.No.73 of 2000 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 1401 days in filing the claim affidavit in Form No.66 before the Official Liquidator.

2. The learned Official Liquidator has no objection for allowing these applications, provided the same is allowed without prejudice to the rights of the Official Liquidator while adjudicating the claim of the applicants.

3. This court has also perused and examined the contents of the affidavit filed in support of these applications. After recording the submission of the learned Official Liquidator, these applications are allowed without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Official Liquidator while adjudicating the claim made by the applicants in Form No.66 and the applicants will have to satisfy their claim with regard to limitation before the Official Liquidator. The applicants shall submit their claim before the Official Liquidator within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
