Heard Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate-General appearing for the applicant and Mr.A.Sivaji, learned counsel for the respondent.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that after the order is passed by the learned Single Judge, award is passed by the District Collector.

The said aspect would be considered while deciding the appeal.

This is an application for condonation of delay of 308 days in filing the appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application and the accompanying affidavit, the delay caused in filing the appeal is condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of.
