ORDER
The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ petition is that the fifth respondent is working as land Surveyor in the office of the Land Surveyour, and abused his power and demanding bribe from the public at large and has earned several lakhs of Rupees illegally. According to him, that the fifth respondent is working in a particular place for 15 years without any transfer. Therefore, a representation was made to the respondents to transfer the fifth respondent to some other place from the present place of his working at Thiruthuraipoondi and as there was no response, the Writ Petition has been filed with a prayer to issuance of writ of mandamus.
2.In the entire affidavit, nothing has been whispered about what is locus standi of the writ petitioner for seeking transfer of the fifth respondent. The affidavit is bald, bereft of any details and it appears that the petitioner has some axe to grind against the fifth respondent and has come up with a motivated and malicious allegations without any supportive materials. Even otherwise what is the status of the petitioner and what way he was effected by the fifth respondent's place of work at Thiruthuraipoondi is not explained. These kind of litigations are highly motivated, mischievous and cannot be entertained even for a second. 3.For the above said reasons, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
