ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent herein to forthwith consider petitioners application dated 13.08.2021 and direct the authority concerned to have the land 1/4

comprised in Survey No.43 Punganur Village, Yelagiri Hills Jolarpettai Sub District, Vellore Registration District, Tirupattur Taluk, North Arcot District with boundaries as West of the road east of Chinnapaiyans land, South of the lands of their brothers, North of road towards South and with an extent of 140 feet on the East, West 64 1/2 feet on the South, North on West side 70 feet on the South, North on East side marked as Survey No.43/1A1, Athanur Village, Tirupattur District Surveyed/measured and to issue individual patta in respect of the said lands.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner made application on 13.08.2021 with a request to measure the property, fix the boundaries of the land and issue seperate patta, which is pending without consideration. Therefore, the respondent is directed to consider the representation/application of the petitioner dated 13.08.2021 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representations to survey, fix the boundaries of the land comprised in Survey No.43 Punganur Village, Yelagiri Hills Jolarpettai Sub District, Vellore Registration District, Tirupattur Taluk, 2/4

North Arcot District with boundaries as West of the road east of Chinnapaiyans land, South of the lands of their brothers, North of road towards South and with an extent of 140 feet on the East, West 64 1/2 feet on the South, North on West side 70 feet on the South, North on East side marked as Survey No.43/1A1, Athanur Village, Tirupattur District, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.
