2. Offence alleged is under Section 506 (ii) I.P.C.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.side).

The girl and relative of the petitioners ran away. The girl is an adult. The petitioners are related to the boy.

5. In such circumstances and the nature of allegations made, I am inclined to grant them anticipatory bail.

6.(i) Anticipatory bail granted;

(ii) Petitioners shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kancheepuram within 15 days of receipt of a copy of this order; (iii) Each of the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate; (iv) Petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
