..Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned selection list of 1st respondent for the post of Agricultural Officer [Extn] in the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Education Service 2007-2008 in so far as inclusion of the respondents 3 to 5 in the selection list under MBC General quota and quash the same and consequently direct the first and second respondents herein to appoint the petitioner as Agriculture Officer [Extension] based on his reserve list seniority within the stipulated period. This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned selection list of 1st respondent for the post of Agricultural Officer [Extn] in the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Education Service 2007-2008 in so far as inclusion of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents 3 to 5 in the selection list under MBC General quota and quash the same and consequently direct the first and second respondents herein to appoint the petitioner as Agriculture Officer [Extension] based on his reserve list seniority. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that out of 520 vacancies, the petitioner was kept in Serial No.12 in the reserve list for the post of Agriculture Officer [Extension] and hence, he has not reached the zone of consideration.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
