(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) In the public interest litigation seeking restraint against the fourth respondent from setting up a poultry farm, even requirements for setting up of such poultry farm have not been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

set out. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that a representation has been made on 11.07.2016 to the first three respondents.

2. In our view, there cannot be a general kind of representation and the petitioner must make a proper representation setting out the requirements of poultry farm, as per his information and which of the requirements are not met. On such representation being submitted, the first respondent will examine in accordance with law, after notice to all concerned and dispose of the same within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt of the representation.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
