ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to register the FIR based upon the directions passed in CMP.No.4919 of 2022 dated 29.11.2022 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint, a FIR was registered in Crime No.93 of 2023 on 21.08.2023 for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 120B, 294(b), 323 and 506(2) of IPC. A copy of the FIR was also furnished before this Court.
