Mr.M.Arun Kumar, learned Government Advocate has placed before this Court, the order dated 13.01.2022 passed by the Tahsildar, the respondent herein who has complied the order passed by this court on 19.01.2021 in W.P.No.19591 of 2020.

As seen from the order dated 13.01.2022 passed by the Tahsildar, the legal heirship certificate has been issued to the petitioner and therefore the order of this court dated 19.01.2021 passed in W.P.No.19591 of 2020 has been complied with. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. The learned Government Advocate is directed to serve a copy of the order passed by the Tahsildar on 13.01.2022 to the learned counsel for the petitioner forthwith. No costs.
