ORDER
The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that she married to one Gajendran and has three sons. She is doing the business of fast food with the help of her husband and about 10 persons are working under her. While so, on 12.11.2016, the second respondent came to the house of the petitioner and enquired about the petitioner's second son Vadivel Pandian. When the petitioner replied that her second son is living separately, the second respondent took her first son Rajasekaran and her three employees as well as the bike of her husband to the police station. Further, the second respondent was harassing the employees and son of the petitioner, despite the fact that they are not involved in any offence. On 14.11.2016, the second respondent arrested and remanded the petitioner's second son. Even thereafter, the second respondent called the petitioner and her employee Shahul and was harassing them. petitioner made a representation dated 25.11.2016 to the first respondent requesting not to harass her and her family members and employees. Finding no response, she has come forward with the present petition for the above stated relief.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as alleged by the petitioner, no such harassment was caused by the respondent police. He further submitted that the petitioner is not required for enquiry with regard to any other case.
4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed.
