ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner on 03.02.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for issuance of legal heirship certificate to the petitioner on the demise of her father in law and mother in law. 2.The learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the respondent has already considered the application and the decision will be conveyed to the petitioner, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent to convey the decision to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
