Crl.M.P.No. 11992 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.No. 657 of 2021 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to amend S.C.No. 33 of 2018 instead of S.C.No. 33 of 2017. The present application has been filed seeking for necessary amendment. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner also submits that the C.A. No.91 of 2019 has been wrongly mentioned as C.A.No. 91 of 2010, in the Order dated 15.11.2021 in Crl. M.P.No.10690 of 2021 in Crl.R.C. No.657 of 2021.

2. Being satisfied with the reason, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Registry is directed to make necessary corrections in the order dated 15.11.2021 in Crl. M.P.No.10690 of 2021 in Crl.R.C. No.657 of 2021 of this Court and whereever, S.C.No.33 of 2017 is shown and the same shall be replaced with S.C.No.33 of 2018. Further, in para No.1 of the order dated 15.11.2021, instead of mentioning C.A.No.91 of 2019, it has been wrongly mentioned as C.A.No.91 of 2010.
