ORDER

The petitioner is the wife who is arrayed as respondent in FCOP.No.207 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court, Namakkal.

2. The petitioner has sought for transfer of said proceedings, which has been filed by the respondent/husband to the file of Family Court, Salem, where the petitioner ordinarily resides. It is also stated that the petitioner has a child aged about 2 years, to be taken care and the petitioner has expressed her inconvenience to attend the hearings at Family Court, Namakkal.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent fairly states that the respondent/husband has no objection for acceding to the request for transfer of FCOP.No.207 of 2023 to the Family Court, Salem.

4. In the light of the above, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and FCOP.No.207 of 2023 is hereby withdrawn from the file of Family Court, Namakkal and transferred to the Family Court, Salem.
