RESPONDENTS Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the orders in (1) O.Mu. No.406/2008 dated 29.01.2008 of the 3rd respondent and (2) Na.Ka No.A1/24752/ 2011 dated 07.12.2011 of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to consider the claim of the petitioner on merits and grant him compassionate appointment in any post, commensurate with his qualification and eligibility.
