THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.12422 of 2021 IN CRL OP.18428/2021 C.AJITHKUMAR [ PETITIONER/ACCUSED ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, A.PALLIPATTI POLICE STATION, DHARMAPURI DISTRICT (CRIME NO.83/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.18428 of 2021 dated 04/10/2021 in Crime No.83 of 2021 on the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.PRADEEP, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Government Advocate, (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18428 of 2021 on 04.10.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates without fail.
