[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity]. 2.
Captioned WMP has been filed with prayer to dispense with production of 'original impugned notice signed on 05.05.2025 by R3 and original consequential order of R3 dated 06.05.2025' [hereinafter 'impugned notice and impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

Mr. P. Rajavel, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner, is before this Court.

Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant part of support affidavit in the captioned writ petition which reads as follows:
'25.
It is submitted that as the original impugned orders are not readily available, the production of the original impugned notice issued by the third respondent vide Section 6 of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905 dated 05.05.2025 and the consequential order of the third respondent dated 06.05.2025 may be dispensed with. .....'
