Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.08.2019 by holding enquiry under Section 151 of PSO Act to secure the ends of justice. ORDER
The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2019 wherein the petitioner has sought for holding enquiry under Section 151 of the Police Standing Orders.

2.In view of the limited prayer sought for and without going into merits of the claim made by the petitioner in his representation, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2019 on its own merits and to take appropriate steps in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
