ORDER

The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 19.03.2025.

2. Heard Ms.S.Saranya, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.R.Sridhar, learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 3 and Ms.G.Djearany, learned Government Advocate [Pondicherry] appearing for the 2nd respondent.

3. At this juncture, learned Government Advocate [Pondy] appearing for the 2nd respondent would submit that they would dispose of the appeal within a reasonable time.

4. In such view of the matter, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Appellate Authority

qua, the Administrator to pass orders in the petitioner's appeal on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
