PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents herein for having committed Contempt of Court of the order dated 11.12.2020 made in W.P.No.17435 of 2020. ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the contempt of order of this Court made in W.P.No.17435 of 2020 dated 11.02.2020. 2.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the compliant given by the petitioner was considered and after hearing the parties, the order has been passed by the RDO, Kallakurichi through proceedings dated 19.01.2022. The said order was also produced before this Court. It is seen that the compliance given by the petitioner has been rejected by virtue of this order. 3.The learned Government Advocate shall furnish a copy of the order to the learned counsel for the petitioner forthwith. If the petitioner is aggrieved by

the order passed by the RDO, Kallakurichi, it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. 3.Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. Consequently, connected sub application is also closed.
