O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to register a case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 18.05.2015. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the dispute between the spouses leads to a complaint lodged by the petitioner on 18.05.2015. He further submitted that even though C.S.R.No.42 of 2015 has been assigned, the respondents have not shown any interest to enquire the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.Resisting the same, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, petitioner enquiry in C.S.R.No.42 of 2015 has been conducted. He further submitted that since both the spouses are living in Australia and most of the offences taken place in Australia, the petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.42 of 2015 has been temporarily closed and the same has been intimated to the petitioner.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
