Despite notice being served on the respondent. There is no representation on behalf of the respondent.

2. The Application has been filed under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The mandate of the learned Arbitrator was expired on 28.08.2023. The learned Arbitrator could not comply with the proceedings in view of the out break of Covid-19 pandemic.

3.Considering the above, Court is inclined to allow this application for extending the period by another six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Arbitrator shall pass an Award by then.
