Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay the operation of the impugned order in Memo No.6716/ PSDD2/ 2016 dated 8.8.2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent, (IN WMP.NO.24099 OF 2019) pending disposal of the above writ petition NO.24351 OF 2019.

(II)To stay the operation of the impugned order in Memo No.6716/ PSD-D2/ 2016 dated 8.8.2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent, SD-D2/ 2016 dated 8.8.2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent, (IN WMP.NO.24100 OF 2019) pending disposal of the above writ petition NO.24354 OF 2019 AND;

(III) to stay the operation of the impugned order in Memo No. 6716/ PSD- D2/2016 dated 8.8.2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent, (IN WMP.NO.24269 OF 2019) pending disposal of the above writ petition NO.24599 OF 2019 Respectively. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of GOVIND CHANDRASEKHAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.N.THAMBIDURAI, SPECIAL GOVERNMENT PLEADER on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Since the interim relief sought for in the Miscellaneous Petitions are merged with the relief sought for in the main Writ Petitions, I am not inclined to grant interim stay. Hence the Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
