This Petition has been filed to extend the time to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum in Crl.O.P.No.19197 of 2022 dated 16.08.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the bond before the Lower Court as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
