With regard to the investigation conducted relating to Crime No.705 of 2015 pending on the file of the first respondent, under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC, the petitioner filed a protest petition in

the form of objections and the same is pending before the concerned Magistrate.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that such objections / protest petition shall be considered by the Magistrate and disposed of in accordance with law.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Attur to consider the protest petition filed by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
