When the matter came up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has taken a Demand Draft bearing No.779353 dated 11.08.2022 for a sum of Rs.70,000/- and instead of sending it to the respondent, the same is handed over to the Family Court, Dharmapuri. The respondent/wife shall file a memo before the Family Court, Dharmapuri and immediately on filing of the Memo without any further application whatsoever, the said Demand Draft shall be handed over to the respondent/wife.

2. Since, the conditional order is complied with, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.
