Learned Counsel for the petitioner/proposed respondent states that the issue regarding cancellation of patta and the eviction notice has been challenged by the petitioner/proposed respondent by way of a Writ Petition and the outcome of the Writ Petition will having bearing in this Writ Petition.

2. Hence, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition, filed to implead the petitioner/proposed respondent as the fourth respondent, is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
